First Annual Old Time Farm Days at Morgan City

Well I woke up Saturday morning and thought I had died and gone to heaven! First of all Daddy was here for 3 days that was really exciting but the second thing is I went outside Grandma and Grandpa S.'s house and there were people and tractors galore! Not to mention 4, I mean count'em 4 John Deere Gators!!!( so many Gators so little time) Daddy and I rode the entire day until I finally fell asleep on one. My Grandma Coon came and so did Great Grandpa. He really had a good time riding around with daddy and I telling us about the old farm equipment. The girls even wore matching outfits for the big day. It was old farm days on our farm and people came from all over to watch us harvest wheat the old fashioned way and all kinds of other farm stuff. People brought their own equipment too and got to use it on grandpa's field. Later that evening Grandma Pam and Deb, great grandpa, uncle Andy, Daddy, Mommy, Aunt Cathy and Bob, aunt Crystal, the girls, and I all went fishing on grandpa farm. We all caught a little something (you should see me with my batman fishing rod) but Grandpa Hoots caught the best one, mommy says he stole it from her but we all know Grandpa jus knows what he's doing and she doesn't! Daddy caught some but mommy had to take them off his hook, I don't blame him all I could say was EWWWW! We finished off the evening with fireworks daddy had brought from MO and then called it a night! Wow what a great day! Love Tucker Bear

The New Fence Is In Progess!!!!!!!(finally)

Sorry Everybody these pics might be a little boring we are having our fence moved and mommy wants daddy to look at where they set the posts to make sure its OK. Hey it is My Birthday

It's My birthday indeed!!! And I wanted to put some "not to oldies but still goodies" of the 2 newest members of the Bowers-Coon Clan on here, Belle and I so here's me at a week old and Belle with Mommy at her baptism last fall. Can't believe its been 4 months but mommy says its like I've been apart of things forever and I fit in perfectly from the start!

Oldies but Goodies

Found these pics and wanted to put them on they were taken a year ago of Me Kyleigh and Ava Bowers. Aren't we all so cute. Who knew that in just one year we would add 2 new members to our group, Belle and Jaycie Claire. I told mommy these girls are great and all, but when are we going to get some little boys for me to play with. I see a lot of dress up and barbies in my future and it kind of scares me. Mom said she was the last one to get a kid so it was Tamara's turn and I would have to talk to her about a male playmate! I think I probably really need to talk to Paul about that one! The last picture is of me on the beach in the Bahamas waiting for Mom and Dad to get a move on so we could get something to eat I was pretty much done for the day can you tell!!! Tucker

The Best Thing this Weekend!!!!

..................And the Best thing that happened this weekend is Daddy came to see us and we did all kinds of fun things together Daddy and Mommy Fed Jaycie Claire Bananas for the first time, she didn't know what to think. Daddy and I went for Gator rides, played with Gus, and Fed the Fish in the ponds which we are going to go fishing for in 2 weeks so we are trying to get them nice and fat. Can't wait to see you in 2 weeks again Daddy for farm days we have lots of fun things planned on the farm!

Hi everybody sorry its been afew days since we have updated. Mommy left her power cord at grandma's and we couldn't get on the laptop until it got here through the mail. As we were telling you alot went on this weekend on Saturday we got up real early and saw Grandpa and Uncle Andy drive their old tractors in a tractor cruise at Chapin. There were a ton of old tractors and I loved watching them all. Afterwards we ate lunch in Chapin with all the drivers. Later on that day my great grandpa Hoots came fishing at grandpa's pond and mommy and I took the gator down to watch him. Tucker

Loads Of News and Pictures

Well we are going to update you day by day in regards to this weekend because a ton has happened each day and we have taken lots of pictures! Starting with Friday we went to grandma and grandpa's and babysat our cousin Abby while Aunt Crystal ran errands for their E-Bay business. We had so much fun playing on grandma's back porch it was a nice evening outside. Later on we went inside and Tucker got out the camera and took a few pics. Aunt Crystal and Uncle Andy got back and we had a pizza party for dinner.

Picnic in the Park

Wow, what a fun day today has been. We went to Mcdonalds and got Tucker's favorite happy meal "Chicky nuggets & fwies" and took it to the park and had a picnic. There were so many things to look at I could barely stop moving my head. Tucker made a lot of new buddies on the playset even though, they were all about 8 or 9 and mom had to keep stopping him from trying to do the "big boy stunts" the kids were doing. I tell you my brother is a classic case of monkey see monkey do. One time today he almost gave mom a heart attack because he was about to go down a slide that was bigger than our house, she had to run over and make him walk back down. Personally, I thought is was kind of funny but Tucker didn't because mom made him stay real close after that trick! Tucker is already in bed for the night he was really wore out after all that playing as for me, I had a relaxing day at the park people watching, chewing on my hands, and occasionally talking to a bird in the tree. We are going to see daddy this weekend and Grandpa Charlie and Uncle Andy in a tractor parade (Tucker is excited about that one). Well not much more news at the Coon household we'll be talking to you again soon.

Dallas Here We Come! (Again)

Hi everybody its official .......well almost, I am on the Dallas, TX Juvenile Court Docate to finalize my adoption on Friday August 25th. We found out in an official letter last week and mommy has spent the day playing travel agent and getting flights book for me, the bear, her and Daddy we are going to stay with my Cousins Graham, Adison, Katie, and Tyler. (there are some pictures of me with them when I was brand new below) We had so much fun with them the first time around we begged them to let us stay with them again! They have a big pool and nice puppies so I told my brother he is going to love it there, we will probably have a hard time getting him back on the plane! I know its a little over 2 months away but it is just nice to know we have everything set and we know when its all happening. Thank you so much to all the people who have helped make my adoption go so fast and smoothly, even while dealing with 2 states, a stork drop (thats what they call last minute babies like me), and our family's crazy schedule especially thank you to Amanda (here in IL), Sara(in Kansas City), Logan, Dave, and Jennifer(in TX) I can't wait to see you all again when I get out there in August, too! Well now that this is all taken care of its time to sit back, relax, and enjoy my summer--I know mommy and daddy will now--I love you all!! Until next blog.

the weekends top 3

Well 3 highlights this weekend 1) Grandma Pam came for the weekend she took me to get my haircut and we cooked out in style Saturday night we had bacon wrapped filet mignon, twice baked potatoes, and tripple chocolate mouse for dessert!!! 2) As you can see in the pictures I had a blast playing bubbles with mom, G'ma, and Jaycie Claire I could even blow them myself after a little practice! 3) We put Jaycie Claire in pigtails for the first time and I couldn't stop laughing it was so funny! We put a picture on of her can you believe how long her hair is getting. I am so glad I have a buzz it is hard telling what G'ma and mommy would do to me!!!!!!!! Hey G'ma Pam and Daddy, Mommy and I have been looking through old pictures tonight and thought you might get a laugh out of this one. As for me, he kind of freaks me out now, when mom pulls him up I bury my head in the pillow. Weren't we just talking about him??? I bet he still talks about the trick he pulled on the two hillbillys from IL with his buddys, too!

p.s. it took mom about 20 minutes after she saw him again to stop laughing and get this thing on the blog she just loves this story if you haven't heard it believe me she is more than happy to reminisce(sp?) about it with you , that is if she doesn't pee her pants first!
